Join your fellow Frontrunners for a weekend away at the majestic Black Butte Ranch! We will meet up on Friday, May 9th and stay through Monday, May 12th in two fabulous homes:

➡️ “Glaze Meadow Getaway”

These two houses sleep up to 26 people and include hot tubs, saunas, access to biking and hiking trails, and plenty of room to hangout! Best of all, they are nestled close to each other with all of the resort amenities nearby.

Lodge Weekends are open to paid members of Portland Frontrunners only. For those who haven't been to a Lodge Weekend, we encourage you to speak with a Board Member, or someone who has attended, about their experience. Generally this is a time to hangout, relax, and get to know your fellow Frontrunners. Meals on Saturday and Sunday are made at the house by those of us who volunteer. We also will go for a run or walk on Saturday and Sunday mornings. For those staying Sunday night, we’ll either order in or go out to eat.

The cost covers your lodging as well as meals and snacks for the weekend. If you would like to attend, but the cost is prohibitive, please contact someone on the Board as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Rooms are broken out on a per person basis. For instance, for friends or a couple to get one queen bedroom, you must purchase both spots for that particular room. King and Queen beds will be shared by two people. Please let us know if you have any questions before purchasing and we’d be happy to walk you through it. For this trip, prices range from $225 to $350 per spot.

Portland Frontrunners offers subsidized memberships, apparel, and event costs to those experiencing financial hardship. Please fill out our Charitable Giving and Financial Aid Request form. Personal information will be handled in the strictest of confidence.

WAITING LIST: In the event all spots are booked, you can sign up for the waiting list. Should a spot open up, we will contact those on the waiting list in the order they signed up and give them an opportunity to reserve the spot at the normal price for the available spot.
